Liber 2012 will take place in Fira Barcelona from October 3rd to 5th

Liber is the biggest professional meeting of the book industry in Spain and one of the most important in the world in Spanish. The lounge, that will be celebrating in Barcelona its 30th anniversary, will once again become on of the most important event of the sector and will be gathering editors, writers and international buyers with the aim of promoting the exports and generating businesses.

The editorial industry has passed with success the analogical border to the digital one, that is why the event will give room to eBooks and to different technological devices were readers will be able to download and read books.

In this new edition of Liber, Paraguay will take over from Rumania as the main figure and become the main host. Josefina Pla, Gabriel Casaccia, Elvio Romero, Rubén Bareiro Saguier and Augusto Roa Bastos are some of the most representative figures of Paraguayan literature.
