Plenty of bodies moving for this year's marathon. The 2009 edition welcomed 9,700 runners. Even more are expected this year. Organised for the first time 32 years ago around Palafrugell, between 1991 and 2000 the marathon literally took Barcelona over with start in Mataró and finish in Barcelona to finally turn into the official marathon of the Catalan capital.
